• Sometimes a buyer may stop taking calls for a short time.
• Sometimes a buyer only accepts calls during certain hours.
• Sometimes a buyer has already used all of their daily budget.

Our goal is to sell every good call for the highest price possible. But we may not always be able to send the call to the highest-paying buyer. If the highest-paying buyer is not taking calls at that time, we will send the call to the next best buyer.

How to read the Coverage Guide

• The guide shows the zip codes, cities, and states where calls may be accepted.
• The “Top Bid” means the highest price a buyer may pay for a call in that zip code and service category.
• The Top Bid is not guaranteed on every call.
